Our clients say...

Murat has trained me one-on-one for three months now in preparation for riding in a horse race. I had a certain level of fitness but Murat has changed my body and my outlook completely. I realise now how working out correctly for a couple of hours a week is better than all the hours I used to spend running. My fitness has massively improved the way I ride my horse and I have lost 17lbs into the bargain. Murat has a great manner. We work hard, but we also have fun and laugh. I find him really easy-going and I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Rachel Wilson (44)

I have been thrilled with the results, as I have literally lost inches from my waist, arms, legs, hips and bottom. Last Friday I had my wedding dress fitting and my first reaction was to tell the shop assistant that the dress was too small, but it fitted beautifully.

Personal Training FAQs

Personal Training: FAQs

What is a personal trainer and how can using a personal trainer achieve your goal?

Whether you want to lose weight, train for a marathon or simply get fit, using a qualified personal trainer will help you achieve your goals, without causing you pain or injury. A good personal trainer has a background in sports science and more often than not has specialised in one or two areas of sport. At Fitinfitness the trainers  also have a background in kinesiology

In addition, a good personal trainer will be a good listener, a great motivator and someone the client can build a trusting relationship with. So, if your goal is to get into your wedding dress in 3 months' time, we take that anxiety on board and make sure your exercise plan is goal-orientated and achievable.

How do your training plans work?

After an initial consultation usually by phone, we arrange a first session where we assess your fitness, taking measurements, weight and blood pressure. We look at your posture and discuss nutrition, we then do an hour's workout. Following this, we go away and tailor-make a programme to fit your needs and budget. And we find out what are your likes and dislikes; if you want to run, we can run with you, if you want to box, we'll devise a sparring routine. We don't charge for email or telephone advice during your training.

I work out but I'm not getting results! Why not?

The idea of a workout is not to over-exert yourself by doing too much without knowing your own body, because if your body and mind are not ready for the result, you won't get one.

People often go to the gym and do fast running or short training, they don't care about training intensity, time, repetition and body positioning, they don't take care about their nutrition after going to the gym and think they can eat whatever they like and end up putting on some extra weight.

Make sure while you are training you are on the right track, that you aren't pushing yourself too hard or not at all, take care of your posture in your daily routine, when you're walking, sitting or standing, you will get results in a short period of time and stay fit forever.

I want to lose weight but don't want muscles, is that possible?

You can lose weight and tone up at the same time. This question is mostly asked by ladies. A woman's hormonal reaction to a workout is different to a man's - as you start exercising you will not get muscles straight away. If you want quick weight loss, doing aerobic and more repetitive work outs will do the job. Make sure you are working all the body. Lifting some small dumbbells 12-15 times and doing 1-2 sets will be enough for you, don't forget to take your heart rate into the equation and vary your training. These tips will help you achieve your goal and to keep you looking healthy and sexy.
