Want to get fitter? Tone up? Lose some weight?

Our personal training service is individually tailored for you to help you achieve your objectives, whatever they may be. We'll start by assessing your current fitness levels and the goals you want to achieve, and design you training around this. We'll make sure each session is varied - no two sessions will be identical, so you won't get bored and lose motivation. You'll make progress quickly!

Your trainer will come to you at a time and place of your choosing - at work in your lunch break, at home after work, in your local park on Saturday afternoon: it's up to you. (Within reason - we are based in London, so can't just nip up to Manchester if you happen to live there...) There's no need for you to join a gym, unless of course you want to.

We start by giving you a free initial consultation (30 mins) immediately followed by your first training session, where we will identify your strengths, weaknesses, what you need to improve on and how we can achieve that together. After an agreed interval, such as 18 sessions if you're training 3 times a week, we'll repeat the fitness assessment to quantify your progress.

We can provide:

  • Specific programs for special events: your wedding, a marathon, a triathlon
  • Weight management and nutrition
  • Muscle shaping and definition
  • Functional core conditioning
  • Strength and power training
  • Pre- and post-natal training
  • Postural analysis and correction
