Over many years I have spent time and good money with a number of different personal trainers, regular visits to the gym 4/5 a week etc and now I think I have actually found something that really works for me!
This has been the best form of work out and even when i really don't feel I'm up for it I always know I truly feel amazing for the rest of the day after the hour of boot camp. I love the results I have been getting - don't be scared off if you think it's a military mission, it's far from that, everyone's really friendly and whatever your level of fitness you'll be well looked after!

I joined Bootcamp because I wanted to get fit. I hadn’t exercised seriously since I was a child and I had reached a point in my life where I wanted to know what fit felt like! Joining London Fields Bootcamp gave me an opportunity to find out more about my fitness levels and I decided in my own time to also include personal training. I now feel fitter and full of energy – I have changed my lifestyle a lot and have learnt so much about my body.
