I joined Bootcamp because I wanted to get fit. I hadn’t exercised seriously since I was a child and I had reached a point in my life where I wanted to know what fit felt like! Joining London Fields Bootcamp gave me an opportunity to find out more about my fitness levels and I decided in my own time to also include personal training. I now feel fitter and full of energy – I have changed my lifestyle a lot and have learnt so much about my body.

Murat is personable and friendly but also serious and committed about helping you meet your training goals and works you hard - which is exactly why I'm there! The group are great fun, supportive and encouraging and in such a short space of time I'm feeling the benefits of training. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be on a Saturday / Sunday morning!

I'm a bootcamp addict. What's more if I don't go to training - I'm cranky and frustrated for the rest of the weekend. I never thought I'd spend my Saturdays on my back in the local park, or donning a pair of boxing gloves - it may be silly, but its fun and it works!
