Boot Camp

Has your booty got a little too bootylicious for your liking? Want to do something about it, but going to the gym is just so... boring? Try boot camp! A group training session, outdoors, different each time.
We do a mixture of exercises for a 1-hour session, including boxing/kickboxing and rugby-style routines. We use whatever's available in the park to add to the routine - trees, benches, in situ training equipment in some parks. Squats, press-ups, sit-ups, plank, boxing, sprints - or how about wheelbarrows and leapfrog? We use our sports science knowledge to improve your fitness level, increase your strength and endurance, and help you lose weight quickly - and while you're achieving all this, you'll meet new people and have fun!
A Boot Camper will expend 300-600 kcal during the session. We guarantee that you will lose weight in 8 sessions. Tone up, lose the flab: come and join in - you know you want to!
We run Boot Camps at the following times and locations - please contact us for full details of where and when to find us.

Alternatively, if you can get together a group of at least 5 people, we can provide private Boot Camp sessions at a time and place of your choice.
